Your focus will be on:
- Working efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines as well as balancing multiple projects to provide deliverables to internal and external clients from inception to completion.
- Performing business development, client development, and proposals.
- Management and coordination of numerous internal and external survey projects, simultaneously, and interaction with clients on a regular basis.
- Providing direct supervision, scheduling staff, and performing quality control.
- Knowledge of survey field measurement strategies
To be considered for this position youll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Professional licensure in the state of Minnesota.
- Associate degree or bachelors degree in Survey Technology or related field.
- 3 years of progressive survey experience in the field and office environment.
- Manage multiple project teams in the field.
- Knowledge of Public Land Survey System principles, section subdivision, Platting, easement deliverables.
